Four and a half years ago, I started my journey in this real estate company, and I can say that it is a family Group, where I learn every day. Continuous training and support, both from property owners and the legal team, provide us with security in every step we take. I love my job, I love interacting with clients, helping them, seeing their happy faces when they finally find the home of their dreams, and the fact that there are no limits, allowing me to work in both New Developments and resale properties, which makes me learn more every day.
Basically, because of personal development and a career path with no limits, where you learn every day, having the opportunity to grow as much as you want, which is not easy to find. Also, because of the good atmosphere, the teams we have work very well together, and it is a very dynamic job where no two days are the same, which is something I really enjoy, in addition to the environment we work in, which is also a privilege.

My name is Joan Carles Rueda. Trained in Commerce and Retail. I have been working in the service sector for more than 30 years. I am passionate about people and this is one of the reasons why I have chosen to dedicate myself to this profession. I am a person who likes challenges, who puts enthusiasm, passion and commitment in everything I do. I firmly believe that the personal and professional success of each person lies in their actions, that we are what we do day by day, and that, therefore, excellence is not an act, but a habit. I believe that the way to happiness is to make others happy, and my profession allows me to experience and enjoy this on a daily basis by helping people to make what is perhaps one of the most important decisions of their lives: the purchase of a home.
